The apartment is located on the edge of a small village, so all shopping is within walking distance. We live as a family with our two cats, a male cat, 12 chickens and a rooster idyllically located with plenty of space on the banks of the Mühlenbach. The property houses a small piece of forest and 2 large meadows. The apartment is in the house facing north, but has windows to the west and east. The apartment has a small terrace with seating, as well as a grill.

Durch ein gut ausgebautes Radwegenetz können Sie Münster (15km) und Umgebung leicht erkunden.

If you're looking for something unique to relax in, you've been right in our water mill from 1748, right in the picturesque village of Ladbergen. Next to the mill is a bike path where you can start right away. The mill has an exceptional kitchen, which is ideal for cooking together. The open fireplace leaves nothing to be desired and you can enjoy your wine directly from the wine climate fridge. See you soon !

Our cottage is nestled in the park landscape of the Münsterland in the immediate vicinity of the Dortmund-Ems Canal and at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. Beautifully integrated into a half-timbered ensemble, our Hüsken offers direct access to its own garden with sitting area, fireplace, barbecue, parking space and covered accommodation for bicycles. A wallbox with 11 kW is available on the premises at cost.
