South-facing with large terrace facing the fir trees and the Taillefer massif, not overlooked. Ideally located close to many activities and amenities: downhill/cross-country skiing/hiking, snowshoeing, trail running, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, via ferrata, tree climbing, zip line, suspension bridge. It has a bar restaurant, a farmers' market, as well as a market on Sundays. Several walking trails are within walking distance of the property. The village is quiet for a restful night!

Recently renovated, this studio is fully equipped: oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, TV, hair dryer. Also enjoy a balcony with a view, a ski locker and ample free parking. The free shuttle from the resort has a stop at the foot of the building during the season.

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!

The studio features a functional living space with wooden beams and light-colored walls. A seating area includes a large bean bag and a simple dining table with four chairs. A compact kitchenette is visible, along with a double bed and a wardrobe, creating a cozy atmosphere.
