Beautiful 3 bed bungalow in the countryside in Kerry. We named it “An Nead” meaning The Nest in Irish, because it is so cozy. It has underfloor heating so lovely and warm all year round. Main bathroom with bath & shower, shower in en-suite also.Utility room with washing machine and dryer and a safe. 3 double beds. Kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, microwave, oven/grill, pots pans kettle etc. Plenty parking, fits up to 6 cars. Gates for security. A big garden with picnic table & clothes line

The balcony is ideal for relaxing on summer evenings overlooking the majestic Carauntoohil and the MacGillycuddy Reeks. Castleisland is located just 25 min from killarney, 20 min from tralee and 30 min to a number of blue flag beaches. This makes it an ideal base to explore the kingdom of Kerry and the wild Atlantic way.

My space is ideal for couples and the solo traveler alike. My Studio apartment is attached to my home (a traditional Irish farmhouse) . We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.
