Apartment for rent

Nice 3 bedroom in absolute calm (birthdays and parties not allowed) spacious and very clean. Well located close to Bordeaux, nature and calm. Easy access to go to Bordeaux, visit the castles or spend a day at the beach. Located 5 minutes from the tram and close to Pessac Alouette SNCF train station. 40 minutes from the first beach of Arcachon Bay. I specify that the apartment is rented with my things in it, but in each room there are empty shelves to store your things.

Ideally located near Bordeaux, 35 minutes from the Arcachon Bay and 10 minutes from the Great Bordeaux Vineyards (Haut-Brion, Pape-Clément). In a very quiet residential area, we welcome you to this well-equipped accommodation with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Close to all amenities (bypass and bus nearby and tram 15 min walk). The accommodation, adjoining our main house, is composed of a main room with living/sleeping area (140 bed), kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. The exteriors are still being renovated...

Located in Pessac extra-ring road (exit 13), the house is close to the aéroparc, the Arcachon Bay road, the vineyards of Pessac and Léognan. A short walk from Bourgailh Park. The studio dates from 2021 and has independent access. It is isolated in the upper part of the house, with a balcony, queen size bed, TV, small kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. Babies welcome (bed, accessories). Closet. Parking, EV charging station.

T2, quiet, near airport

Located close to the airport, the city of Bordeaux as well as on the discovery paths of Landes beaches and Aquitaine vineyards, it is with great pleasure that we welcome you throughout the year. We have converted 2 apartments on the first floor of our house. You will stay in a nice 2-room apartment, in the heart of a large enclosed and wooded garden. A separate entrance is via an external staircase dedicated to guests.
