"CHEZ GINOU" The house by the lake

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

50 Min from Bordeaux, in the middle of natural landscapes, lake and ocean, is our beautiful vacation home, facing the pine forest, close to bike path and beach. Hourtin Beach/Port, Carcans Beach, Maubuisson, and Lacanau Ocean. The house offers a beautiful bright living room, open to an equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a bathroom and two toilets. The 2000 m2 garden is fenced.

Come and enjoy the calm in the heart of the old fishing village of Lachanau. The bed has a window overlooking a wooded area from where you can observe deer, deer and their little ones. The lake is at the end of the street a 3-minute walk away, it's a kite surf spot and there are several small beaches in the shade of pine trees. Great for sunset watching. Many walks and bike rides all around. You can store your bikes in the shed across from the Tiny.
