Quiet house, located in a cul-de-sac 400 m from Lake Biscarrosse and 1 km from the center, 5 km from Lake Sanguinet 10 km from Biscarrosse Ocean Composed of a garden of 650 m2, 2 terrases ( South & North sheltered ) 3 bedrooms + a bathroom with a macerator 1 wc Parties and loud noises are prohibited, please We enjoy the house on sunny weekends but otherwise we live 1 hour away, so nothing is missing in terms of equipment. Cleaning is done by a regular housekeeper in a regular way.

In the Biscar'Ose property, in Biscarrosse Bourg in the Landes, rental of the "Cocon", charming little quiet house, rated 3* by the tourist office. Perfect for a couple, it can nevertheless accommodate 1 young child and/or 1 baby: contact us to arrange these options. We prefer to rent by the week in high season, for any other need of overnight stays (minimum 2) or weekends and public holidays, thank you to make us a request for information.
