The house is located in a quiet area, on the edge of the town of Montendre on the edge of the meadows. It has a large garden and a secure summer pool. It is spacious, ideal for families with its floor dedicated to teens. Montendre is a nice little town located about sixty kilometers from interesting cities: Bordeaux, Cognac, Angoulême, Saintes, Royan. Montendre has a lake that offers various activities: beach, walks, water sports.

Soothing, well-equipped, garden and pool.

Relax in this quiet space. Surrounded by vines and wood. Enjoy the shared swimming pool and your private fenced garden which will allow you to come with your pets. Close to many tourist places. I would recommend you with pleasure. The cottage is adjoining the owner's home and adjoined to a second cottage not overlooked. Please get in touch for special requests. See you soon.
