The house also has a PATIO-GARDEN with lemon tree and BARBECUE. 17 minutes from the AIRPORT and only two metro stops from the CENTER. The metro stop is 1 minute away.

Building has lift and private garage, as you can see the apartment looks brand new and it has been decorated.

It is on the ground floor so you will not have to climb stairs, it has two bedrooms, one double and one single. The apartment is rented for 3 people, but there is space for 4 as the single room is bed nido. IMPORTANT: THE PRICE OF THE FOURTH PERSON, IF REQUIRED, MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY PER NIGHT. Free parking is available in the vicinity.
