Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Our recently and completely renovated house offers 3 apartments (from 1 to 4 people) with a furnished and shared courtyard, whose universe evokes our vineyard and our profession as winegrowers. Located just 2 minutes from Provins and 7 minutes from the historic center of the city and its incredible monuments, La Ferme de Lou is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by nature and my wonderful animals. The newly renovated apartment is on the first floor of an old building. It will charm you with its different floors, exposed beams, bricks... With large windows, the accommodation will allow you to enjoy natural light until dusk... or almost! Located less than a 10-minute walk to most of the city's attractions (Camille Claudel Museum, theater, cinema, many restaurants...), bar/tobacco shop and bakery 1 minute away!

Studio in City Center

The studio is located in our small 150 m2 garden. It has its own terrace which ensures a calm and quiet atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel Museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lives in our house. The space is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm high bed. 100 m away, you can park in the parking lot of the church.

Extension – Cozy home

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Gîte de la Nigelle

Behind a gate framed by two huge stone dogs, a charming house appears, crossed by a stream that reveals its former use: the abbey mill. Legend has it that King Clovis, hunting in the surrounding woods, was seized by the beauty of the place and came to rest there.
