Located halfway between the city center and the Pont de Ré, the house offers a beautiful service with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a spacious living room open to a fully equipped kitchen, all overlooking a magnificent terrace with pool. The house is a 10-minute walk from the waterfront and less than a 10-minute drive from the hyper center of La Rochelle and the Pont de Ré.

The house offers a beautiful service with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a spacious living room open to a fully equipped kitchen, all overlooking a magnificent terrace with pool. The house is 500 m from the sea, beach and casino. The central market is only a 5-min bike ride (15-min walk) through the parks.
