This accommodation is located in Fontcouverte on our property with private garden. Starting point for beautiful forest hikes on the road to St Jacques de Compostela to discover the Roman fountains. It is located 1 km from the Louis Rouyer-Guillet golf course. Saintes with its rich heritage is 3 km away. Pharmacy – laundromat – Intermarché and Lidl nearby and a bakery 3+1 300 m from the house. In the city center of Château d'Oléron, in a small street within the walls, our Mimosa cottage welcomes you for your short and long stays. You can do everything on foot, beach 500 m away, citadel, oyster and marina ports, shops and the covered market open every day except Monday in winter, not to mention the large Sunday morning market on Place de la République and in the streets. This is an independent studio (within a newly finished house) with its own access to the street and cut from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a bathroom & toilet Coffee & Hot water maker. There is a few restaurants (for all price range) near by No bikes provided but there is the possibility to rent them near by. Please note that: Pets are not allowed There is a TV but Internet is still under installation There is no Kitchen in the studio.
