Dans la pièce de vie cuisine américaine équipée de plaques de cuisson, micro-ondes four, frigo, lave vaisselles. Il (email hidden), lecteur DVD, et box wifi à disposition. Nice appartment in La Rochelle, city center.

New appartment in La Rochelle city-center, neighborhood " St-Nicolas", close to the port and all city commodities ( transportation, restaurants, tourist info center ) The appartment has all amenities, very clean, quiet and highlighted, elevators and private and secured parking spot. One living-room, with TV and sofa-bed ( 1 space ) plus one baby bed. One bedroom with 1 double-bed, one private bathroom. All furniture is new, kitchen has all electronics, plus one laundry machine included.

A small balcony table is set with cups and a milk jug, overlooking a scenic canal. Two chairs accompany the table, and the view includes charming buildings across the waterway, framed by the balcony's decorative railing.

Très agréable appartement traversant, de 55 m2, au 2ème étage. A 2' du vieux port (tout le plaisir sans les nuisances), 5' du marché central et 7' de la gare : parfait pour profiter à pieds de tous les charmes, nombreux, de La Rochelle. La vue y est reposante, sans vis-à-vis direct : le séjour au sud donne sur une petite place privative et les 2 chambres, au nord, sur le canal et l'Eglise Saint-Sauveur (XVII ème siècle). Convient pour deux adultes avec deux enfants, ou pour quatre adultes.

The flat is located on the 1st floor and is composed of: - Living room (with a convertible sofa, TV...) ; - Balcony (rare on the old harbour) ; - Equipped kitchen ; - Shower room ; - WC ; - Calm bedroom (double bed) without overlooked with a view on a courtyard (with a bike shed). The train station is at 0.30 miles, the beach at 0.40 miles and the aquarium at 0.50 miles.
