Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Situé au coeur du parc naturel du Haut Jura et de la région des lacs, à 820 M d’altitude, le chalet est un havre de paix. Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Tiny house between lake and mountains

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. The nearby nature offers beautiful opportunities for walks in the forest. You will appreciate my place for the interior spaces, the cocoon, the tranquility. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers. I live there but no opposite, the entrance is separate and I am available for any information.
