Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The nearby nature offers beautiful opportunities for walks in the forest. You will appreciate my place for the interior spaces, the cocoon, the tranquility. Spot wild dear, go skiing, hiking, take our snowshoes on an adventure, or simply come and relax in our wood powered hot-tub. The chalet is cozy and modern, open plan with a nice fire to sit by. It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.
