Desert Dreams is a private tiny home at River Sands on the Colorado River, a true desert oasis with resort amenities. Enjoy Good Vibes private riverfront beach, heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, pickleball, clubhouse, fishing pond, bathhouse is close, and fast WiFi. Sleeps up to 6 with queen bedroom, loft, futon, full kitchen, strong A/C, fireplace and 3 TVs. Set on the quieter pond side with open views. Golf cart may be available to rent from us or resort River days & sunset memories.

River Vibes - Erhenberg River Cottage

Charming river view cottage. 1 bedroom and sizable loft perfect for kids! Sleeps 6 comfortably. The cottage is a park model and although small, has everything your family will need to enjoy the river. This cottage is also our vacation home so we do keep some supplies there throughout the year. The resort has wonderful amenities and is on a beautiful stretch of the Colorado River. There is even a 50 ft water slide and play structures for kids. ATV trails nearby and boat launch on site as well.

Enjoy peaceful mornings and beautiful sunsets from the patio or the deck of our private dock. In the evening, relax under the stars in the hot tub! This cozy, comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath riverfront home sleeps 6 but can accommodate 8 (air mattress). Bathrooms and Kitchen have been updated with all the conviences of home including a gas stainless steel stove, microwave, and a large stainless refrigerator. In addition, a washer and dryer and internet are included. Ample parking for 3 cars.

This is a cute 2 bedroom trailer in a gated community. It sets on a corner lot with a very short walk to the beach area in the park. There is a boat ramp if you need to launch any water vehicles you bring. This space sleeps 4 maximum. It has a full kitchen with all cooking utensils and BBQ on the deck for grilling. It also has a clean fresh new set up in the full size bathroom. There is also access to sand dunes from this location for Sand riding as well.
