house for 4 people, electric gate, large fenced courtyard, easy access, 300 m from bike paths and forest, 10 min from beaches, 1.5 km from city center, port, market, supermarket, restaurants. For your information, I have another rental for 6 people, seashells and wood and rubbed, and another, dunes and tides. The 2 are independent. I do not charge a cleaning fee because I hand over the property clean and I would like to receive it back in the same condition. The address is 90, which appears on the map for the 3 accommodations.

Lovely quiet house, just renovated, ready to welcome you. Close to the city center (500m), zoo and ocean (1.2km). Restful and fully equipped (+ air conditioning) Ideal for 4-5 pers. (children included) House composed of a beautiful living room on the ground floor (30 m2) and 2 bedrooms upstairs (5 beds max.) A marked trail along the coastline allows you to discover, on foot or by bike the great coast, passing through the Coubre lighthouse to the wild coast and its surf breaks.

Sea view villa at the foot of the Golf Course

280 m² villa close to the beaches, Royan, Palmyre Zoo (7 km) and at the foot of the Golf Course. The house has a heated pool and its California-style pool house. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen open to a large 86 m² living room, its XXL cellar space and an adjoining laundry room. Located 25 meters from the Grande Conche de Royan, very pleasant and bright family home recently renovated facing South-West. The beach is accessible by a small pedestrian path in front of the house. Beautiful sea views are available from the terrace, the large living/dining room or from the kitchen. The night area is on the same level and consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bike path along the coast is a few meters from the house.
