La petite cabine est idéalement située pour vous reposer au fond d 'une impasse très calme du quartier des Grenettes même en plein été. A seulement 150 mètres de la côte vous pourrez profiter de la mer pour partir à la pêche à pied, vous baigner, surfer, profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil . Nous ne disposons pas d'un parking privé mais des places libres se trouvent juste en face de votre location même au coeur de l'été. Linge de maison non fourni - location possible Animaux non acceptés

Petite terrasse bois sur le jardin. Et le silence. Au calme d'un village, avec tout près les champs, piste cyclable, forêt, plage au sable fin, couchers du Soleil... Environ à 2 km, le bourg et ses commerces et à peine plus loin, port de pêche, restaurants, marchés et nombreuses activités. Et puis à 700 m, l'océan.

Notre appartement est parfait pour les couples avec ou sans enfant et les voyageurs en solo. Il est situé dans un quartier très calme à proximité immédiate du marché de Royan et du centre ville. Vous pourrez ainsi profiter pleinement de Royan et ses environs à pied ou à vélo. L'appartement et la résidence sont neufs. Il est très bien équipé, avec notamment un lave linge pour les séjours longs. Il dispose d'une grande terrasse de 50m2, exposée sud, idéale pour profiter du soleil royannais.
