A beautiful modern holiday home. Brand new kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower. It has 2 patios, a wonderful private roof-terrace with fabulous far reaching views as far as Morocco on a clear day. Opposite the communal pool. Within less than 5 mins walking distance to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Vejer and 15 minute drive to miles of unspoiled sandy beaches of El Palmar and Zahora. An ideal location for friends and family.

A house where you can see wonderful sunsets.

Wonderful two-storey house in Benaocaz, beautiful village in the mountains of Cadiz. It has downstairs, with a living room dining room with a fireplace, kitchenette and air conditioning. The upper floor has a large bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm and a built-in wardrobe, another cozy bedroom with 1 bed of 1.35 cm and 1 bathroom with shower plate, it does not have air conditioning. Upstairs you also have a magnificent terrace with beautiful views of the mountains.

Located in the area known as Novo Sancti Petri in a private development with swimming pools, garden areas, and approximately 900 meters from La Barrosa beach. The house is very well equipped, with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. Right next to the development there is a shopping mall with a supermarket, restaurants, etc.
