Es una casa de músicos ! insisto para el respecto con los instrumentos! tenemos vistas al mar desde la cama, la bañera, la ducha... The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.

House strategically located between the most beautiful villages on the Costa de la Luz; CONIL, VEJER, BARBATE and ZAHARA DE LOS ATUNES. Two minutes from Barbate and close to supermarkets such as Lidl Maxi-dia and Aldi. The house is located in a rural area where cork oaks and pine trees abound. It is located on a plot shared with two other houses. Each of them has its own individual, fenced area with privacy. Only the access area is shared.

Eco-Finca Utopia

My brand new eco-house is located in a small valley surrounded by untouched nature very close to the nature park near Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and near the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.

The house is located inside a 13th century medieval castle, built by the Arabs of the kingdom of Granada. Located in the heart of the Alcornocales Park and surrounded by great forests and a beautiful lake, you can take walks, kayak routes, horseback riding, etc. and spot animals such as deer and fallow deer in their wild state. By car, you can travel in 30 minutes to Gibraltar and the beaches of Sotogrande or in 40 minutes to Tarifa.

The house is not fenced, it is a natural place, with lots of vegetation!! You can enjoy a large garden if you fence it around!! That's why I don't accept pets!! It has spectacular views, you can see the entire Bay of Cádiz... and some great sunsets... with nothing in front of you, just the views of the sea... it is very close to the beaches of Conil and Palmar... The area is quite quiet to rest and disconnect from everything...
