The accommodation is located in a village on the banks of the Noxe and in the middle of champagne vineyards, 20 km from the medieval city of Provins, 15 km from Nogent sur Seine and its museum Camille Claudel, 60 km from Troyes (city center with half-timbered houses and factory shops), 70 km from the lakes of the forest of the Orient, and 60 km from Epernay with its champagne cellars and 1 hour from Disneyland Paris. On site you will find a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pump track, pharmacy, Friday market, etc.

Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

On the other hand, the sofa has a 120 cm mattress so it's more for a single person. Super quiet residence. Very large balcony with chair and table. The Little Redwood House

Small detached house with garden and fireplace, located in the countryside on the edge of the forest in a small, very quiet hamlet with little traffic. Walks in the forest accessible directly from the house, without needing to take the car. Bikes are available on request free of charge on request in advance. Possibility of having a rustic breakfast for an additional fee, to be specified at the time of booking.

Quiet studio, located in the heart of the pretty town of Sézanne, close to shops and activities: cafes, shops, tours, exhibitions, sports. Sleeps 2 adults + 1 toddler. 160 cm sofa bed + 1 armchair. Equipped kitchenette. Duvet, pillows, throws, bed linen and towels provided. The studio is on the 2nd floor without elevator access. Studio in City Center

The studio is located in our small 150 m2 garden. It has its own terrace which ensures a calm and quiet atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel Museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lives in our house. The space is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm high bed. 100 m away, you can park in the parking lot of the church.

Our accommodations are highly comfortable, unusual, eco-friendly wooden and glass buildings nestled in a green setting in Aube, at the gates of Champagne. They all have a large equipped terrace where you can relax and have breakfast (included) in the form of baskets. (At this time of year, breakfast is served in the dining room). You will have free access to the pool area.

Cozy and warm house, located in the center of the village. On the ground floor: a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire. Upstairs, a bathroom, two large spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed. Outside, a terrace and a garden for you to relax in, not overlooked.

La maison du Buisson

Open to a garden of about 1,000 m2, the Maison du Buisson, protected by an old charm, faces south. On the ground floor you find a kitchen, a dining room and a living room, equipped with an insert and a fireplace, and finally a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, four bedrooms including one equipped with a spacious shower, a separate toilet and a large landing.

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
