1h30 from Paris. Beautiful 19th century farmhouse, decorated by an architect. Garden of 3500 m² not overlooked, like a small park with beautiful and large trees. Quiet & nature at the appointment. Beautiful cozy living room and open kitchen of 40 m² with a very nice stove in winter. 4 large bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. The house is on the edge of the forest, ideal for walks or jogging. Outdoor lounge, sun loungers, parasol, ping pong table and barbecue. Very good WiFi thanks to fiber optics.

Maison du meunier for a stay in absolute calm!

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
