We are a family who fell in love with this apartment with exceptional sea views with walking access by a winding path between the vineyards and mimosas. On the 1st floor of a small quiet residence, with a huge fenced pool of 25x10m for the exclusive use of residents, in the center of the village of Croix-Valmer. Completely refurbished in 2024, it consists of an extensive living room/sam, two double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with wc, wide entrance with wc visitors.

Studio in secure residence + parking. The "Pavois" is across the street from the beach. Very quiet, with swimming pool (June to September) a 5-minute walk to the port and city center, shops, supermarkets etc. The apartment will be rented July/August and September. All accessories, sofa, plates, cooking utensils, TV, towels are new at the beginning of July. We are Superhosts in another apartment in the same building. Our strengths, immediate responses and available at any time.
