It consists of a kitchenette, a living room with a 140X190 bed, a table and 2 chairs, a wardrobe and a ragpicker and a shower room with toilet. A bike shelter is for the use of the guests. There is an adjoining garden shared with the other tenants for relaxation and mountain views.

It is accessible by car, on foot and also very well served by bus from Nice or the valley. you can take advantage of this accessibility in winter for skiing and in summer for long walks in our beautiful mountains.

The apartment ,Ground garden of the cottage, is located in a residential area in absolute quiet with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.The Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live there and am therefore very available for guests.
