Beachfront apartment in the best area of Mar del Plata and with great ocean views from all areas, fully equipped. The apartment has two LED TVs (one SmartTV). Cable and Wi-Fi. New dishes. In the living room there are two armchairs that make beds for children. The building has a pool in summer and a gym. Located across from Playa Varese and a few blocks from Playa Grande. On the ground floor there is a Lavirrap and a pantry with everything you need. Self check-in with a digital lock.

It is located 1 block from the shopping center and pedestrian streets, and 1 block from the beach, the sea and the promenade that runs along the main beaches, the Casino and the classic Hotel Provincial. The building has 24/7 security staff. If you need a garage for your car, you can rent the one I have in the building.
