It has two good balconies, and one of them has a gas grill. With its own garage, training room and laundry. The apartment has Wi-Fi, 2 TVs and heated floors. A real find.

For 2 people, optional for 4. ⛳️ One block from the Mar del Plata Golf Club. 🏖 One block from Playa Grande spas. ⛵️ A few blocks from the Nautical club. 📌 In convention area. 🚘 With parking in the same building, for small or medium vehicles. We do not currently accept groups of young people.
