My place is one block from the library, three blocks from down town and five blocks from the schools and community gym/pool. Harbors are only four blocks away and scenic Hammer's Slough is across the street. This house is brand new September 2016. In addition to the other amenities, we have a freezer for our guests who have come to town for their dream fishing trip. There is also a picnic table on the deck. We have a barbeque on the deck as well. You'll have to buy your own briquettes.

A seasonal hot tub is featured on the front deck, surrounded by a variety of outdoor seating options. The backdrop highlights views of the harbor and mountains, with greenery accentuating the space. A table set for dining is visible, contributing to a relaxed outdoor atmosphere.

588 sf apartment only a couple blocks from the South Harbor and a 1/2 mile from downtown. Great quiet neighborhood with views of the mountains. The apartment has everything you need, including a washer a dryer. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. There isn’t much furniture aside from the basics, and no tv. This is an excellent place if you plan to be out during the day and want somewhere comfortable to cook and sleep.

Located by the ferry terminal and a 15 minute walk to downtown. There is a bike/walking path along the Wrangell Narrows right outside the front door.
