Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. In onze safaritenten ervaar je kamperen op een comfortabele manier; de gezelligheid en heerlijk buiten zijn, maar wel in een tent die van (bijna) alle gemakken is voorzien. Onze 6 safaritenten staan in het weiland naast onze woonboerderij aan een rustige weg in het buitengebied van Roosendaal. De tenten hebben een eigen badkamer en keuken. We hebben een grote trampoline, schommels, speelhuisjes, speelveld en dierenweides met geiten, konijnen en kippen. Op het erf kun je dichtbij parkeren.

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.
