Spacious studio in an attractive farmhouse

Our farmhouse is located in a beautiful rural setting on a quiet road in the outskirts of Roosendaal. On the 1st floor, there is a spacious living room, an open kitchen with dining area, a double bed and two single beds on the loft. On the ground floor are the toilet and the bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. You have a private front door, you can park at the door and you can sit outside. There is a large trampoline, playhouses, playground and we have goats, rabbits and chickens.

Relax and slow down in cottage No.3. The outdoors is centrally located. The backyard is located on the Krammerse swallows. Beautiful nature reserve in walking distance. Cycling routes in the immediate vicinity. The cottage features a double bed, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Under the canopy is to enjoy the views and the birds. There is also the outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The fishing water and the boat ramp is 1km away. New in 2024, the porch can be closed off by a wall.

Enjoy a quiet holiday in the Groomhuisje of Stal Désirée in the middle of beautiful nature. De-stress. Relax. With or without your horse. Stable with straw, hay, lump. Indoor bin, outside bin, laundry area with warm water, paddock, step mill, free parking space also for trailer. For mountain bikers/hikers 10 km away: Recreation area in Bergen-op-Zoom. Tip: If the Groomhuisje is booked, you can look at the other listing "Air de Provence"! New offer at the same address!

It has 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, living room with dining area and a large garden with terrace completely screened. Wi-Fi is available for free of charge. * You can use the outdoor swimming pool on the campsite free of charge and there is the possibility to rent a private sauna. This is only possible during the camping season!
