It covers two floors and offers country house flair with a large kitchen, low living room, two bedrooms. The furnishings are deliberately simple. Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

It is very lovingly and tastefully, nostalgically renovated and individually furnished. We rent 2 adjacent fishing houses (see 2 listings). You use a common courtyard and garden on a fenced area of about 2000 m².
