It is unique not only because of its location, but also because of its placement in the house, where the entire house is situated in the garden wing, offering a complete oasis of peace in the very heart of the city. It includes a spacious terrace where you can relax after a long day and admire the view of the city walls. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Treehouse Úlovice

Wellness stay/glamping in the treetops. Cozy, comfortable and fully equipped Treehouse Úlovice is located in the picturesque nature park Džbán above a small village. It is built on a slope on massive beeches and hornbeams, which provide a solid foundation for both the residential part and the large terrace. There are only 6 steps to the Treehouse, but the terrace is about 7 meters high. You can get here by forest road. Parking is provided for free for guests and then you will have only 350 meters to the house.

Watch the sheep grazing nearby. A bird sanctuary with over 60 species of birds. Your stay helps us bring life back to the romantic ruins of Skrytín Castle.

We offer accommodation in a newly renovated cottage in the heart of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park, located in the picturesque village of Stará Oleška. Its location at the foot of the forest allows you to experience a peaceful rest and relaxation or an active holiday. Hiking or cycling encourages you to discover the beauty of the national park with attractive tourist destinations. The nearby area of the Elbe Sandstones is also a popular location for both recreational and advanced climbers.

Luxury renovated barns with private wellness

A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, immersed in the most authentic Czech countryside. A few steps from the woods, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.

Apartment Dominikánská

The completely newly renovated apartment is located in a historical monument protected Gothic house from the 14th century in the very historic center of Litoměřice. The individuality of the apartment is underlined by the original vaults and the design interior. Nearby you will find restaurants, cafes and a grocery store (30m). The car can be parked in a paid parking lot right next to the apartment, we recommend a longer stay at the bus and train station (500 m) for 10 CZK per day.

Accommodation Bohemian Switzerland

Enjoy a peaceful stay in a separate part of a countryside house for up to 11 guests. Surrounded by nature, with animals (sheep, cows, horses, chickens, rabbits, and a friendly dog) and a large, partially shared garden. The host lives on the same property and is happy to help if needed but fully respects your privacy. The town center, with cafes, restaurants, and shops, is just a few minutes by car, as well as Děčín Castle, Elbe Canyon, and the National Park.

There's no rush here. In the morning you are awakened by the sound of the stream, in the evening by the silence and the stars above the hot tub. In the meantime, you finally have time to slow down, switch off and be together. Relax by the stream is a romantic wellness accommodation with a whirlpool, swim spa and sauna, ideal for couples, but with comfort for up to 4 people. The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
