You will live in the lovingly restored Eifel Cottage on our historic estate dating back to 1795. The renovation was carried out from an ecological point of view and the extensive garden is managed ecologically by us. Hiking trails start right on the doorstep and lead into the extensive forest area of the Südeifel Nature Park. In the evening, you can make yourself comfortable by the stove. If you are looking for seclusion and individuality away from tourism, this is the place to be.

Time for togetherness: In the luxurious wellness bath, which impressively highlights the historical elements of past times, you can view the fireplace light from the jacuzzi in a relaxed manner. A stylish eat-in kitchen as well as the bedroom with loft character is impressively characterized by the imposing sandstone walls. Enjoy unforgettable hours in the historic moated castle!

The old rectory, built around 1712, invites you to linger after more than 50 years of vacancy and a complete monument restoration. The focus of the renovation was on preserving the original building fabric, as well as using natural building materials. Natural stone floors, new and old Oak floorboards, clay plaster, lime paints and a solid wood kitchen paired with crooked walls and design classics give the old rectory a very special charm that we are happy to share with you!

The quietly located holiday home features a modern sauna and a hot tub in the garden. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is also available on the street. Bringing pets is permitted for an additional fee. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Please do not unplug the pellet stove. The Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. The interior of the house is step-free. Please observe local quiet hours: night-time quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Neuerburg is located in the heart of the Südeifel region and provides a great base for excursions in the area; it is also not very far to Luxembourg, Belgium, or even France. This medieval town has a castle, which can also be visited. In addition, there is a brand-new via ferrata with various routes within the village. Everything for your everyday needs is available on site, including a pharmacy and a doctor.

Here you will find everything you need to unwind and experience pure relaxation. The house can accommodate up to 4 people. The special feature is the outdoor area with terrace and wellness area. In the wellness area on the roof terrace you will find a hot tub, a barrel sauna and an outdoor shower.

My husband and I offer: a spacious (90 m²) apartment with every comfort on the garden level. Located on the outskirts of a tiny village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the rural, hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for little children. Peace and quiet! The vacation home Grüne Auszeit Eifel has plenty of space outside. Despite the quiet location, you can quickly get to smaller or larger cities. Due to the quiet location and the large outdoor area, the house is well suited for families with children, but also for a group of friends, one or more couples. The house is beautiful, but the highlight is the outdoor area with the great view of the Prümtal.

The Classroom preserves the charm of an old schoolroom with very high ceilings and large historic wooden windows. A spacious living and dining area with elegant wooden partition and glass panels to the bedroom feels open yet cozy. On 65 m² you’ll find 1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed, an open kitchen and a modern bathroom. A generous private terrace is located directly at the apartment.
