Everything is newly built and designed. If you want to enjoy peaceful and relaxing days with family, families or a group, you're in the right place.

Blue apartment in Görne in Havelland

Our blue vacation apartment, featuring a combined kitchen-living room, bedroom, and modern bathroom, invites you to unwind and make yourself comfortable. The apartment offers a comfortable box-spring bed for 2 people and a high-quality sofa bed for 2 more people. As soon as the weather allows it, there will be seating available in front of the apartment. If you want to work, a fiber-optic internet connection provides good conditions. Right next door, in the green vacation apartment, there is also space for 2–4 people.

Remise with vision

The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havel region. On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.

Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Landidyll – Farmhouse Ländchen Bellin

The former farmhouse was built in the middle of the 19th century. It is a single-story half-timbered house with a gable roof and is located directly on the idyllic village green with views of the Baroque village church. The 136 square meter living area has two bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The fireplace room has a sofa bed. The house has an approx. 800 sqm garden that invites you to relax.

The apartment with private entrance has been equipped to a high standard. Underfloor heating with oak floorboards, fireplace, high-quality bathroom amenities (tub + shower). The built-in kitchen with dishwasher is very well equipped and also has a Nespresso capsule machine. Spacious panoramic window and terrace facing southwest with views of the Trapenzel nature reserve invite you to relax. Enjoy the slowdown from everyday life - welcome to life!

Your lake house

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You will stay in a beautiful vacation home with lake view and direct access to Lake Lübbesee, including a private jetty. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!

Vacation home - Former barn idyllic in the countryside

Our converted barn is part of a former small estate near Brandenburg an der Havel. Idyllically located in a very small village, you can enjoy nature from here, take long walks through the forest or to the water. The house offers a cozy, bright and serene atmosphere. The large table for more than 12 people and the open kitchen-living room invite you to cook and linger. But seminars or yoga groups could also feel comfortable with us.
