Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with rooftop views. Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

The mobile home is located on an approx. 1000 sqm property surrounded by greenery. The entire property is fenced and has 1 parking space. It is located in a traffic-calmed zone, right on the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route.
