Uniescie is an old fishing village in the western Pomeranian Voivodeship. It has been part of the city of Mielno since 2017. It lies on a narrow strip of land between the beautiful Baltic Sea and the equally charming Jamno, Poland's ninth-largest lake. If you like to take long beach walks or excursions with a ship, if you love freshly caught fish – baked or smoked –, this is the place to be. In summer, the sea invites you to swim and in the autumn you can hike wonderfully in the surrounding forests.  Mielno offers a variety of attractions. So you will find a variety of smaller cafes and restaurants on the beach promenade and in the surrounding hotels you can book various wellness offers. Our cottage is the last in a row of semi-detached houses in Uniescie. Thanks to this location, we are only about 100 meters away from a quiet stretch of beach that is used by far fewer vacationers than the central beach! We are only separated from the sea by a small campsite and a narrow strip of forest and dunes. Just take a sun lounger and after just a few steps, a fresh sea breeze surrounds you. In 2020, the two-story house, with an area of about 80 m2, was completely modernized to accommodate even the wishes of the most demanding guests. Gentle colors in the interior, natural design, comfortable furniture, modern bathroom and kitchen equipment allow for a stress-free rest. Underfloor heating and a stylish fireplace create a warm and cozy atmosphere on cool evenings and in winter. The cottage has a large, fenced garden with old fruit trees and a stone grill. The garden has plenty of space to play badminton or football with the kids or build a small tent.   In the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen. You can cook an exquisite dinner, bake a cake or cook a quick snack in a microwave. In the living room, a comfortable sofa, a TV and a stylish fireplace are at our disposal for our guests. In bad weather, the open dining room in combination with the living area invites you to spend time together during board games or to chat with a good glass of wine. Balcony sliding doors allow direct access to the terrace in summer, where you can enjoy your meals at a large table with wooden benches. The ground floor also features a spacious bathroom with sink, toilet and accessible shower, as well as another separate toilet with washing facilities. On the upper floor of the house there are three more bedrooms: two with large double beds and one with a large single bed. All rooms have wardrobes. Also in this living area there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The ground floor and the upper floor are connected by an elegant wooden staircase. Smaller daily shopping can be done on foot in the nearby shops in Uniescie. In Mielno, there are also larger supermarkets such as Biedronka or Polo and a branch of the drugstore Rossmann. On the way to the center of Mielno you can have an excellent dinner in several restaurants and bars. From Uniescie you can easily get to Kolobrzeg (40km), Ustronie Morskie (30km), Koszalin (16km), Sarbinowo (11km) or Lazy (9km). Buses also run almost hourly to Koszalin. Please note: We rent the house exclusively to couples or families. Parties and other celebrations are not permitted. The same applies to playing loud music.
