One room studio (18 m2) - 2 minutes to the old stone Bridge in the heart of Regensburg. - Bed (1,40 x 2m) - hanging rail - little table with to chairs - kitchen with stove, fridge, sink - coffee machine (pads) - cookwear, dishes - bathroom with shower and toilet (no hairdryer) - WIFI from 6.30 am till 2.30 am - only public parking (ca. 100 m) - NO breakfast (baker/cafes/bars/restaurants nearby) - check out at around 11 am. - from end of may to end of september radiators will be deactivated.

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. This little gem is surrounded by beautiful nature with hills, rocks and rivers. In a very quiet location with separate entrance and private staircase. From the covered sitting area, there is a view of meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly decorated down to the last detail.
