WHU-nahe 1-ZKB Wohnung, nahe Schönstadt+Rheinsteig

Gemütliche Ein-Zimmer-Küche-Bad Wohnung. Im Schlaf - Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großzügiger Schreibtisch, ein Einzelbett, ein weiteres Beistellbett kann für 5,-€ die Nacht hinzugebucht werden. Ein TV und Ohrensessel sind auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und 2 Herdplatten ausgestattet. Tassen, Geschirr, etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden, außerdem ein kleiner Esstisch und zwei Stühle. Im Bad mit Fenster ist ein WC, Waschbecken und eine Badewanne. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es vor der Wohnung. Doe Schlüsselübergabe findet an der Wohnung statt. Zu Fuß ist die WHU in knapp 10 Minueten und der Stadtkern in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus befindet sich ca 50 Meter vom Rheinsteig und von Schönstadt entfernt.
