Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. Heel licht appartement op het 3e verdiep boven Australian Ice. Vanuit de eetkamer en woonkamer kijk je uit op de winkels op de Lippenslaan en Dumortierlaan. De grote bank in de woonkamer heeft een 2-pers uittrekbed 1,80x2m. In de ruime slaapkamer staat er een boxspring 1,60x2m en in de logeerkamer staat een hoogslaper 1,40x2m. Strand is op 500m. Alle winkels in de directe nabijheid. Combi-magnetron en inductie in de keuken. Alles is aanwezig om gezellig te koken. Nieuw gerenoveerd appartement.

Insanely modern cozy vacation home, only + 22 years

1 week July free cancellation!! No rental to minus 22-year-olds!!! My place is close to the beach (1.1 km) and suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), large groups. Beautiful luxurious finished house, an oasis of peace located in the old Knokke. 2 x week beautiful market at 50 m. Free parking at 150 m except during the weekends and July and Aug. Quality beds, rental bed and bath linens are charged for check-in. 5 bicycles, sunny garden and terrace
