Sovrummen finns i nedre plan med ett rymligt badrum samt ytterligare en separat toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar. Boendet passar fint för familj eller kollegor på arbetsresa. Parkering finns i kvarteret 6 kr/timme dagtid vardagar. Söndag ingen avgift. Bra wifi. Studsmatta i trädgården.

Fun tiny flat with its own entrance - secluded at the back of our garden with its own small section of the garden. Fully functional kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave. There is wifi and Apple TV and a tiny bathroom. The flat is conveniently located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the city centre.

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It sleeps 23m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm wide (1-2 people) and in the living room a 90 cm bed/sofa (1 person).
