The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been preserved. From your chalet at park the "Keizerskroon" you can immediately go into nature for hiking, biking and mountain biking. There are no amenities at the park, but there are plenty of options nearby. Like; Indulge in a cozy terrace in e.g. Borger, Rolde and Grolloo(bleus city), various open-air museums. Westerbork memory center, or WILDLANDS in Emmen. Close to the Tree Crown Trail, the beautiful swimming lake the Nije Hemelriek and climbing park "Joy Time" . A little more away: Drouwenerzand amusement park.

Welcoming enjoyment

Space in beautiful location under a thatched roof, equipped with every luxury. Come and stay with us in front of the farm. We rent out two bedrooms with new box-spring beds. Furthermore, you will find a wonderful sauna next to the bathroom. The rooms and living space (>60m2) are equipped with separately adjustable airconditioners. Cot and chair on request. You can prepare breakfast yourself in the kitchen. Please note: the garden is currently being renovated. This does not affect the interior spaces.

Holiday apartment "Teumige Tied" 2

The holiday home is new, realized in September 2020 and has all the comforts. Our holiday home in Drenthe is situated on the outskirts of the village and therefore a unique location as a base for many beautiful trips in beautiful Drenthe. A few steps outside the door and you are in the Valtherbos. Also for the runners, hikers and cyclists and ATB ers among us, there are beautiful routes in the immediate vicinity. On the property is also the owner's house.

The apartment is located between monumental thatched farms in old Valthe, a small esdorp on the Hondsrug, Around Valthe there are forests, fields, heathlands, country lanes, fens, burial hills and dolmens. Many cycling and walking routes run through Valthe which give access to a widespread network through Drenthe and surrounding provinces. 1 child up to 4 years old can stay in the parents' room. On request a crib/cot can be placed.
