Within cycling distance of the Hoge Veluwe, station Apeldoorn and Paleis het Loo. Ideal location for mountain biking, running and bike rides.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Unsere zwei schottischen Hochlandrinder stehen hinter unserem Häuschen und sind ein richtiges Highlight. Außerdem gibt es viele Vögel, Igel und Hasen im Garten. The landscape invites you to beautiful hikes and cycling tours. If you want a little more action, e.g. for the little ones, you are very well taken care of in the nearby Kernwasserwunderland. The cities of Kleve and Emmerich with a very nice Rhine promenade are very easy to reach on foot in 1 hour or by bike in 0.5 hours.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Beautiful tiny house with garden and terrace

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.
