On both, 2 people can comfortably sleep. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there you can drive to the city center in about 10 minutes. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station, which is open 24 hours, can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.

There you can play ball, badminton or table tennis. Our ball grill is also available for you. By bus you can take the university at Hubland in 2 min and in 10 min reach the city center.

There are numerous grocery stores and gas stations in the neighboring towns just a few km away.
