For a little break. This quiet and centrally located accommodation has been freshly renovated. The small attic apartment has air conditioning so that it remains pleasantly cool even on hot days. Bakers & butchers are just a few minutes' walk away, and a supermarket is just a ten-minute walk away. On the outskirts of the settlement overlooking forest, meadow and horse paddock. The small kitchen is equipped with a sink, coffee maker, microwave, kettle & a double hotplate for small hunger.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.
