This modern, spacious house is perfect for a group or family, we have two double rooms and a nursery. Nice bathroom with a big shower and bath. There is a balcony off a very big master bedroom and downstairs the lounge/living room opens onto a garden/terrace with gas bbq and ample seating. We are 50m away from the river and in the city. 15 minutes walk from the centre and 5 minutes from assorted shops. Free parking on site in a covered car port and lock up storage for bicycles.

Direct proximity to the Lendhafen, where several nice coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be found. The Wörthersee (lake) is also in the immediate vicinity and can be reached very well in a short time on foot or by bike (Lendradweg) or by public transport.
