Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located at 460 m above sea level, 4 km from the village of Sankt Paul in the Lavant Valley, surrounded by forest and meadows in the beautiful Granitztal Valley. The house is located at the end of a road so there is no traffic noise. A living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. In front of the entrance is a terrace with table and armchairs, as well as a 100 m² fenced meadow (ideal for dogs).

The bright and friendly guest house is located in Viktring, directly on the bike path. In just 10 minutes at Wörthersee. In 10 minutes in the city and in just 2 minutes at the stadium. Bus station about 100 meters away. In the middle of nature, surrounded by fields overlooking the mountains. There is a large comfortable queen size bed, if you book with a third we can provide a mattress on the floor (of course with bedding). Of course, there is also a bed for our animal guests on request.

In summer, it is only a 10-minute walk to the beach and many other great excursion destinations. In perfect snow conditions, you can ski to the front door. The ski resort is ideal for all ages.

Just relax and unwind, start your activities from here – or combine both and end a varied day at your own beach at the swimming lake (about 220 m ). Our three apartments are excellent as a central starting point for hikes in the Karawanken or bike rides on the Drauradweg. You can walk, stroll, feel good and relax in max. 30 min. all known places on Lake Wörthersee such as Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel, etc.

The cozy annex is located a few minutes walk from Lake Faaker. Via the nearby highway you can reach the parking lot of the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn and also the Ossiacher See in about 15 minutes. Villach city center is also about 15 minutes away. Right next to the property is a bus stop. And both a Billa and an Adeg are very close. There are many activities all around the beautiful Carinthian lake area.
