Im Sommer findet man Abkühlung in den kühlen Räumen des 750 Jahre alten Gebäudes oder ist in wenigen Minuten am Wörthersee od in den Bergen, im Winter im Schigebiet. Ländlich gelegen und doch an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz von Klagenfurt angeknüpft genießt man hier einen besonderen Aufenthalt inmitten von Kärnten.

The condo is located at the western edge of the city of Klagenfurt and, lucky you, at short walking distance to the Eastern Bay of the Lake. You fancy a quick swim, breakfast on the loggia, stroll along the channel connecting the Lake and the City? Good news, you got it all!
