Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Cabin secluded on a large plot of land on a beautiful 19th century farm. Small, but everything needed is there. Also Wi-Fi and Chromecast. Only a sofa bed, 150 cm wide. Private entrance and parking. Quiet and comfortable. Close to Kivik ,the sea ,and the national park. I also live in the yard. My family is coming in the summer, so then there will be a bit of life. But nothing that is usually heard. There are also 2 apartments in the large house. See my profile. Small house in Kivik

Welcome to our guest house, which we call Brygghuset, because there was a red brewery building on the site before we built the house in 2022. It is located in a somewhat secluded spot in a large, lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house, it is within walking distance to Kivikviks harbor, beach and restaurants. It is important to note that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, so it is not childproof. At our place, guests clean themselves and bring their own sheets

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Newly-built (autumn 2023) bright and airy eco-house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft with two beds. Bathroom with shower. Around the house it's gated with fences. There is room for both play and breaks in the sun. New for 2025 is that we built an entrance roof. We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and a small basic assortment in the pantry. You will also receive freshly baked bread during the local sourdough bakery's open days.

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.
