Only a sofa bed, 150 cm wide. Private entrance and parking. Quiet and comfortable. Close to Kivik ,the sea ,and the national park. I also live in the yard. My family is coming in the summer, so then there will be a bit of life. But nothing that is usually heard. There are also 2 apartments in the large house. See my profile. The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Newly-built (autumn 2023) bright and airy eco-house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft with two beds. Bathroom with shower. Around the house it's gated with fences. There is room for both play and breaks in the sun. New for 2025 is that we built an entrance roof. We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and a small basic assortment in the pantry. You will also receive freshly baked bread during the local sourdough bakery's open days.

In the best location overlooking the ocean and Kivik's fine buildings. It has everything you need for a restful vacation. Large wooden deck with dining table and sun-loungers! Some of the house is completely newly renovated with bedroom, bathroom and private exit to terrace. Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

Welcome to our guest house, which we call Brygghuset and which was built in 2022. It is located a little individually in a large lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house it is within walking distance to Kivik harbor, beach and restaurants. Important to note is that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, i.e. not childproofed.
