The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. If you like old houses with preserved details, then welcome to Bergåsa! There are two apartments for rent and a small cottage. See my profile You have your own private entrance and garden. Wi-Fi and Chromecast are available. I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So there can be a bit of hustle and bustle, but we are nice and easygoing. A cat may come for a visit. Close to Kivik, and the beach (walking distance) is about 15 minutes away. Stenshuvud National Park, Svabesholm and Kivik Art Center are a few kilometers away. Welcome! Nina

Welcome to our guest house, which we call Brygghuset, because there was a red brewery building on the site before we built the house in 2022. It is located in a somewhat secluded spot in a large, lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house, it is within walking distance to Kivikviks harbor, beach and restaurants. It is important to note that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, so it is not childproof. At our place, guests clean themselves and bring their own sheets

This must be experienced on site. Sea view with beautiful sunsets. Fully furnished house. Master bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm bed from Kungsängen. 2 bedrooms upstairs with 160 cm double bed in each room. And a sofa bed in the studio. In the studio, there is also a sauna and toilet/shower. Only 800 meters away is Kivik harbor.

Architect-designed small house in Baskemölla in Österlen. The sea is close by and a fantastic nature. Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafes and shops. To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. Note: Rental in 2026, weeks 26-27 (weekly) and v32-v35 (weekly) Check-in and check-out Sundays.

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.

Nybyggt (hösten 2023) ljust och luftigt ekohus på 30 kvm mitt i Ravlunda. Allrum med högt i tak. Sovrum med två bäddar. Loft med två bäddar. Badrum med dusch. Runt huset är det inhägnat med staket. Här finns plats för både lek och pauser i solen. Nytt för 2025 är att vi byggt ett entrétak. Vi står för sänglinne, badrumsfrotté samt ett mindre bassortiment i skafferiet. Du får även nybakat bröd under lokala surdegsbageriets öppetdagar.
