Bathroom with shower and bathtub and an extra toilet. Our tap water is the best in the world, you don't have to carry still water.

You can walk along the Ache to the village center in a few minutes and enjoy Tyrolean hospitality.

The farmhouse is located in a secluded location directly on the hiking trail and at night you can only hear the crickets pine.
