At the property, you'll have access to the entire cottage, a yard shelter, and a heating point for the car. The surrounding nature with its diverse waters offers nature experiences in all seasons. The nearby Puljutunturi is a great hiking destination. No hunting.

From the window you can see reindeer and when you walk in the yard you can see the northern lights in the sky. In the morning, you will be part of the reindeer herder's everyday life and we will feed the reindeer together. If you are lucky, the tame reindeer may come to sniff you and even let you pet them. Reindeer are semi-domesticated, so they are in the forest from May to November.

Villa Magia is situated in Kaukonen village on the banks of the river Ounasjoki. Sauna Cottage as the other log buildings in the courtyard are from the late 19th century. Sauna is recently renovated to suit more modern comforts. The accommodation includes a convertible sofa, a loft bed, a fridge, a microwave oven, a water cooker, a coffee maker, plates, cups and cutlery. But there is no proper kitchen! And in the Sauna Cottage there is a Finnish sauna, of course with a shower and a toilet.
