A cozy and at the same time high-quality small well-equipped cottage right next to the ski slopes and sports routes less than 1 km from the Ski Resort Ylläs ski resort in Ylläsjärvi Tunturipalo. In the cottage, you are at peace by the beautiful nature of Lapland, but at the same time so close to services. Best suited for six vacationers. The cottage has three bedrooms with comfortable double beds, where you will always find beds with duvets. From the living room window, you can see the beautiful and rugged Ylläs fell among the trees.

In peace, cottage, electricity, lake in winter

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax. The cottage is located on the shore of Ounasjoki. Behind the river is Aakenustunturi. The cottage has electric heating, a wood stove, and a fireplace. The sauna is heated with wood, which is also located in the same building. Access to the sauna is via the terrace. Water for the sauna is fetched from the river with buckets and heated with wood in the sauna stove. The property has a very neat outdoor toilet with no heating. The ice hole in the river is open in winter.

Joikun Lumo by Hi Ylläs

This luxury villa which has been completed in the fall of 2024, offers a modern open kitchen and spacious living areas where the amazing room height and large windows bring you close to nature. Downstairs there are also bath and sauna facilities. Upstairs are the villa's 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a toilet. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers its own peace, and a direct connection to the bathroom through the utility room. In total, the villa comfortably accommodates eight people.

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.
