Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 min.University 15 min. Exhibition grounds approx. 7 min.

In the heart of Landau lies our lovingly renovated apartment. In a house built in 1904, central and in the middle of Landau, you can expect 2 rooms, kitchenette, as well as a shower room. The apartment was newly renovated and newly furnished in 2020. In the immediate vicinity are the market square, cafes, restaurants, shops for strolling and an e-bike rental from the neighbor. Our luxury apartment "Rebenmeer" is located on the outskirts of Hainfeld, within walking distance of the Koch wine pavilion and Scherr winery. The vineyards start right behind the house. An ideal location for hiking on foot and stopping in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.

The location is very quiet. Ideal starting point to explore the beautiful town of Deidesheim and the surrounding vineyards. No pets are allowed in our holiday apartment!

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
